Tips for measuring
- Rectangle: measure the long side (length) and the short side (width).
- Circle: measure from the center to the edge (radius). For a 24-foot wide round patch, the radius is 12.
- Triangle: base = the bottom edge; height = a perpendicular line from the bottom edge to the opposite corner.
- L-shape: outer = the full bounding rectangle; cut out = the rectangular notch you are removing from one corner.
- Round up to the nearest half-foot. Sod orders ship in whole pallets (each covers 450 sq ft).
Your areas
- No areas added yet. Use the form on the left to add your first area.
Each standard pallet covers 450 sq ft. We round up because sod ships in whole pallets.
